1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Automotive/Business Studies or equivalent
2. Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin and other local dialect would be added advantage
3. Candidate must be possess valid Class D driving license and own transport
4. Candidate should be a computer literate

Responsibilites:

1. Applicants must be committed, proactive, organized and able to work independently and customer oriented with automotive technical background
2. Able to attend customer’s complaint and performing vehicle’s walk around
3. Able to prepare job estimate and quotations
4. Able to update customer on the vehicle repair status
5. Able to communicate with workshop technicians to carry out accordingly as per customer’s request
6. Friendly and personable character is a must to entertain customers
7. Able to work independently and cope with pressure
