Ipoh, 10 October 2008: Honda Malaysia has ceremoniously officiated Tian Siang Auto Care Sdn Bhd (Tian Siang Auto Care) as its 55th dealer with 3S Centre today in Ipoh, Perak. Officiated by Mr. Atsushi Fujimoto, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Honda Malaysia, the momentous occasion marked another birth of Honda Malaysia's authorised dealer with 3S Centre following a series of network expansion plan that aims at achieving No. 1 customer satisfaction to all Honda customers.
Mr. Atsushi Fujimoto commented in his speech that, "As our sales continue to climb in the region; it is our responsibility to maintain the quality of our after-sales service to the increasing customer base. We believe that the opportune opening of Tian Siang Auto Care will help us achieve that."
As of 30 September 2008, Honda cars overall sales has sold 26,494 units against 22,279 units sold during the same period last year, representing a 19% increase. Sales of Honda cars in Perak also showed increment of 39% in comparing to previous year during the same period. With the expanding dealership network, Honda Malaysia believes that it will meet the target of 35,000 units for year 2008.
Mr. Fujimoto also highlighted that, "We would like all Honda customers in this vicinity to be assured that Honda professionals are always within reach whenever the circumstances call for it."
