Service Advisor

SAG Ultimate, Kuala Lumpur
 
Job Requirements:
  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Automotive or equivalent.
  2. Candidate with SKM/MLVK certificate or same position previously will be given advantage.
  3. Candidate must have at least 1 year of working experience as Service Advisor or Technician in Automotive industry or related field.
  4. Possess valid class D driving license.
  5. Friendly and personable character is a must to entertain customers.
  6. Resourceful and able to work with minimum supervision. 

Responsibilites:

  1. Able to access customer's needs and recommend appropriate solution.
  2. Able to prepare estimated repair cost/quotations and job completion time.
  3. Able to develop and maintain good relationship with customer.
  4. Follow-up on work and update customer accordingly.
  5. Friendly and personable character is a must to entertain customers.
  6. Resourceful and able to work with minimum supervision.
