PUD Chief Clerk

Job Responsibilty : 
  1. To ensure PUD airbag completion data is updated daily to dealer & HMSB management.
  2. To assist on new PUD announcement.
  3. To compile & submit weekly management report.
  4. To prepare CCR monitoring report to ASH.
  5. Update data airbag completion for daily report to management & dealership.
  6. To monitor data progress on Airbag Miss VIN.
  7. To ensure dealer & hub stock is sufficient.
  8. To ensure completion of administrative job related to operation.
  9. To monitor hub performance & manpower availability.
  10. To manage training for associates.
  11. To monitor & liaise with hub warranty rejection.
  12. To monitor daily intake for PETRONAS & mobile.
  13. To ensure PUD customer survey data is available for hubs & dealers.
  14. To ensure monthly PDCA compilation for technical department.
  15. To manage budget actual verification.
  16. To manage PR/PO & liaise with finance.
  17. To monitor on recording of employee attendance in the division.
  18. To improve & monitor contract management for Service Division.
  19. To update associates on HR matters.
  20. Monitor & manage stationary & pantry for the Service Division.
  21. Responsible to keep track of all account transaction records.
  22. Assist in admin work.

Requirement : 

  1. Diploma in any related discipline.
  2. Relevant experience in automotive is an added advantage.
  3. Computer literate with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  4. Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  5. Fluent in both spoken and written (English and Bahasa Malaysia).
