Admin & Budget Executive

 
Job Responsibilty : 
Main: To handle overall budget compilation & analysis, and admin task.
  1. Prepare & handle division’s quarterly budget revision exercise.
  2. Prepare & handle division’s budget proposal slide.
  3. Prepare monthly provision & accrual prior submit to Section Head for month end closing purpose.
  4. Prepare dealer claims calculations against MEMO or sales’ policies or any other written documents.
  5. Prepare monthly budget vs actual variance analysis & justification.
  6. Handle overall division’s administration support, filing system & contract / legal documents (both electronic & paper files).
  7. Prepare & handle divisional yearly / monthly training plan & activities.
  8. Conduct claims training to new dealers.
  9. Involve in division / inter-department / intra-department’s event arrangement.
  10. Handle division’s event cars arrangement until disposal.
  11. ISO working committee and division document controller.
  12. Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.

Requirements : 

  1. Degree in Business Admin / Business Studies, or equivalent.
  2. > 1-year experience in the related field, exposure in Human Resource of Finance functions would be added advantage.
  3. Good organisational skills to support large & diverse staffs.
  4. Problem solving skills, time management & a good communicator.
  5. MS Office applications, especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
