Network Planning Executive

 
Job Responsibilty : 
  1. Responsible to support the section to develop dealership network for the company, by respecting HMSB's policy, norms, standards and procedures.
  2. Provide support and guidance on all due processes that needs to take place in the setup of new 3S dealership.
  3. Constructive and immediate reports on disputes or issues arising during the new 3S setup process to immediate superior and HOD for quick remedy.
  4. Prepare and produce all official correspondence and documented communications and Letter of Intent (LOI) between HMSB and all potential and successful applicants.
  5. Perform the feasibility study, support and guidance on all due processes that needs to take place in the setup of new 3S dealership, relocation of existing dealers, setup of satellite 3S/Service Centre, BP and mini BP Centre.
  6. Review Policy, Procedure & Guidelines for activities and processes in the department.
  7. Coordinate and administer the Dealer's Directory/Dealer's Central Database.
  8. Continuous research and analysis on market's situation and competitor's activities and provide new measures to ensure introduction and execution of best practices of standards by the Dealers.
  9. Analyze competitor's movement in the market, especially in the area of Network Expansion and provide recommendation of both conceptual and tactical actions.
  10. Participate and contribute to the development and review of overall unit plans in order to maximize performance to achieve its business objectives.
  11. Produce and submit reports of each site visit/field visit conducted by the team members to the immediate superior.
  12. Participate and contribute to the development and review of overall unit plans and conduct analysis and Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) activities reviews in order to maximize performance to achieve its business objectives.

Requirement : 

  1. Minimum Degree and above or its equivalent.
  2. Minimum 2 years working experience in automotive industry and exposure in retail business/technical operations.
  3. High competence in Microsoft Office and intermediate in Project Management.
  4. Interpersonal skills and leadership for staff management.
  5. High competence in Problem Solving, Planning and Problem Analysis skills.
  6. Good command of English language, both written and spoken.
  7. Creativity to develop a dealer process management system that leads the industry.
  8. Negotiation skills with dealer owners/management and HMSB management in related departments.
  9. Ability and desire to place yourself in the role of a business owner and understand opportunities.
