Body & Paint Executive

Job Responsibilty : 
  1. Overall planning, controlling, and managing Body and Paint Section.
  2. To analyse trends, identify root cause from P-D-C-A cycle and Why Why Analysis to develop effective countermeasures for BP dealer’s improvements.
  3. To develop and come up with concrete action plans to further improve Honda BP dealers.
  4. To implement improvement activities at BP dealerships and creation of new business opportunity for dealers future growth and sustainability.
  5. Monitor and review the effectiveness of the action plans and Rotate PDCA to achieve target in line with overall HMSB business plan.
  6. Prepare schedule & time frame to achieve project target & datelines.
  7. To lead and guide team members and subordinates on standards, SOPs, and deliverables improvements.
  8. To monitor and evaluate performance of team members and associates including training required in order to achieve company goals.
  9. Manage effectiveness of BP dealers complaint management and related matters together with Team Leaders to minimize customer complaint.
  10. To prepare reports and attend meetings with HMSB and BP dealers to manage on BP dealer development process improvements.
  11. To update HMSB management on regular basis on projects, improvement activities progress and status report.
  12. To adhere to instructions given by Superior as and when required.

Requirement : 

  1. Degree in Automotive Engineering or any related discipline.
  2. Relevant experience in automotive is compulsory.
  3. Computer literate with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  4. Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  5. Fluent in both spoken and written (English and Bahasa Malaysia).
  6. Willing to travel and possess a valid driving license.
