Customer Relation Management AM

 
Job Responsibilty : 
  1. Planning & delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retain existing customers, increase brand loyalty & expand the company brand.
  2. Establish proper segmented database for targeted marketing activities.
  3. To effectively and efficiently streamline overall customer database planning and administration.
  4. Together with Head Of Department in overall planning and strategies of CRM.
  5. To provide administrative support to the division heads especially in reporting and improvement activity.
  6. To participate in projects to undertake improvement activities for the division (i.e. ASOM / SOM / Dealers Support Activity).
  7. To perform other duties when requested.
  8. Represent the Division as "Working Committee" in company's ISO 9001.

Requirement : 

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 3 years experience in Customer Service Management.
  3. Able to work in a teamwork environment and individually with minimal guidance.
  4. Self-motivated individual with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  5. Excellent communication, organization, reporting, and analytical skills.
  6. Intermediate level in MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  7. Must be fluent in English language and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and oral.
