Job Description :

  1. Administer and coordinate the overall HMSB Performance Management System.
  2. Coordinate the overall promotion & upgrading of the Assessment Program.
  3. Work with the Training Department on the associate individual development plan.
  4. To strategise the Retention programme, focusing on Development plans & improving associates' benefits.
  5. To administer policy & procedure database.
  6. To monitor and coordinate the medical administration.
  7. Provide status reward management report to management and other jobs assigned by superiors from time to time.

Job Requirement : 

  1. Minimum Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related disciplines.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources as well as project planning and management will be added advantage.
  3. Sufficient knowledge in the Employment Act & Statutory Act.
  4. Fluent in both spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and local dialects.
  5. High competency in Microsoft Office.
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
